However, we regret to announce that all issues related to users’ security keys cannot be changed or interfered with. 😢 We hope that you can take some extra safety measures and store your private key/recovery key in a secured place to avoid unfortunate loss. The COGI Care Admin team will not hold any responsibility for the recovery or change of the security key. 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻Here are the few recommended methods to store Google Authenticator security recovery key: ✨ Method #1: When setting up the security key for the first time for your NEMO wallet, the system will provide a “recovery key”.
